The project entailed the construction of a 700-meter jetty supported on steel tubular piles. A total of 99 piles were driven to provide a robust foundation for the structure. Key activities also included the installation of precast concrete elements and the construction of protective revetments to ensure stability and durability against marine conditions.

Hellenic Petroleum Facilities Jetty Reconstruction

As EPC contractor, we undertook the full reconstruction of jetty bridge infrastructure, beginning with the development of detailed design studies. Scope of works included the demolition of the existing pier -comprising eight concrete bridges - and the procurement and erection of two temporary steel structures to ensure uninterrupted pipeline operation. The construction phase involved the installation of forty prestressed beams and various reinforced concrete elements, culminating in the full replacement with eight newly built concrete bridges.

Ain Sokhna Product Hub

Our scope of work for the Oil Jetty in Ain Sokhna included the construction of a 3,500-meter-long jetty founded on tubular steel piles. A total of 211 piles were driven to support the structure. The project also involved in-situ casting with steel reinforcement, the installation of precast concrete elements, and the placement of heavy-duty steel crossheads. The jetty was designed to meet high-performance and durability standards for oil terminal operations.

Vasiliko LNG import Terminal

As part of the new LNG import terminal development at Vasiliko, our scope included the execution of specialized marine construction works. Key activities involved the installation of steel 678 jetty piles, precast concrete elements, and critical marine equipment. The project also comprised the mounting of marine loading arms, firefighting water pumps, monitor towers, gangway systems, quick release hooks, and heavy-duty marine fenders, ensuring full operational readiness and safety compliance of the jetty infrastructure.
