The project involved the construction of a 1,000-meter quay wall to support marine operations and vessel mooring. Works included the formation of a rubble embankment foundation, overlaid with a consolidated crushed stone layer to ensure structural stability and load distribution. A total of 1,100 precast concrete blocks were installed for the quay wall.
