The project encompassed seabed dredging to prepare the site for the 130m. submerged breakwater construction. Subsequently, the core layer was constructed to form the main structural foundation, followed by the placement of an underlayer and an armour layer to provide stability and protection against marine forces. These works ensured the durability and effectiveness of the submerged breakwater in coastal protection.
