The project involved the construction of a 300-meter quay wall intended to support marine operations, including vessel berthing and cargo handling. Construction began with the development of a rubble foundation embankment, designed to provide geotechnical stability and serve as the structural base for the quay. Above this foundation, a consolidated layer of crushed stone was installed to ensure uniform load distribution, enhance settlement control, and contribute to the overall durability and performance of the structure under dynamic marine conditions.
